THE ROLE

You’re an excellent communicator. You possess the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively, whether it’s in written form or during interactions with customers over the phone or in person. RESPONSIBILITIES

– Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
– Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
– Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and improve processes.
– Supporting the marketing team with the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
– Assisting with the organization and coordination of marketing launches, such as product launches or campaign launches.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

– Owns a laptop or a desktop computer that can do basic research and operate social media and email platforms.
– Internet with at least 100mbps speed.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Candidate can work from anywhere, with reliable internet access. They must be able to communicate in a clear and prompt manner. It is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. There will be daily communications with team members in the Philippines and the US.
