CTO

Hello! My name is Toye Akindele. I am one of the partners of a digital marketing agency based in San Diego California! We are a fast growing social media marketing agency focused on servicing Personal Injury attorneys. We generate personal injury leads via social media on behalf of our attorney network to bring them new cases every day! In 2022 we helped our network close nearly 9 figures in case value!
We are a small team of 8 that works remotely both in the U.S. and internationally. (All members available via slack from 8am. to 5p.m. PST) We are now looking to bring on a high level CTO who can come in and take the reins on managing our entire tech stack!. We currently work with a number of tools and softwares well known in the marketing industry, and will be able to provide all of the resources needed to catch up to speed. We generate about 10 to 15 thousand new leads a month. These are people who have been involved in some type of motor vehicle accident. They provided their information in hopes that they may be compensated for their hardship so we deal with very sensitive information .

-Hyros or other 3rd Party Tracking Tool experience
Responsibilities will include:
Managing and troubleshooting all issues within the tech stack, and being solely dependent for diagnosing and fixing all tech issues. Becoming proficiency in Leadshook/ Alchemer/ ClickFunnels as team requests adjustments / implements various A/B Tests. This individual must be extremely self-sufficient, resourceful, and be able leverage the support provided by the different systems we use to operate the business. This individual will also look to find inefficiencies and improve the work flow within the business to help reduce costs and improve both company wide, as well as client side experience.
In this role we will begin with a trial period where we will offer the CTO $1,000 a month for the first 90 days. This individual must be available on slack from 9-5pm PST and be able to begin working on problems immediately should any issues arise. We understand that this individual will have other projects, and workloads but availability will be key in this role! We are looking to bring on someone permanently for a monthly retainer of $1,000 – $1,500. This will be a long term / permanent role that gives a strong CTO an opportunity to grow with an amazing company, and help lead an entire division for a fast growing 8 figure company.
