KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Culture and Team Engagement:
•Welcome and Milestone Videos: Coordinate the creation and delivery of personalized welcome videos, birthday videos, milestone videos (e.g., closing the first sale), and other celebratory messages from the CEO.
•1-on-1 Mentorship: Schedule and facilitate annual 1-on-1 meetings between team members and the CEO for mentorship, guidance, and motivational support.
•Team Recognition: Develop and implement strategies to recognize and celebrate team achievements and contributions.
•Team Building Activities: Organize virtual team-building activities and events to foster a sense of community and connection among remote team members.
•Employee Onboarding: Develop and manage an effective onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture and are productive from day one.
•Employee Development: Create and oversee professional development programs to support continuous learning and career growth for team members.
•Well-being Programs: Implement wellness programs and initiatives to support the physical and mental well-being of employees.
•Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from team members on company culture and engagement initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Systems and Processes:
•Contract Management: Establish and maintain a centralized system for managing contracts and other important documents.
•Communication Tools: Standardize and streamline the use of communication tools across different teams to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
•Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in existing workflows and implement processes that support scalability and reduce disorganization.
•Cross-Department Integration: Develop and execute strategies to break down silos between departments, encouraging cross-functional collaboration and a unified company culture.
•Qualifications:
•5-10 years experience in organizational development, HR, or a related field, particularly in a remote work environment
•At least 3 years experience at the manager or director level, responsible for hiring, onboarding, performance management and terminations
•At least 2 years experience with project management and process improvement, comfortable with process mapping and project forecasting
•Strong understanding of team dynamics, culture-building, and employee engagement
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with team members at all levels.
•Ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions
•Proficiency with various communication and project management tools (e.g., Slack, Google Hangouts, project management software).

Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed
Job Type: Part time , 20-40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9am-1pm EST // Tuesday – Saturday 9pm – 1am PHT
Salary Range: PHP 40,000- PHP 55,000 monthly (based on 20 hours per week)
Depending on experience
The role has the potential to transition full-time
