Key Responsibilities:

Training Calendar Management:

Design and maintain a comprehensive virtual training calendar that addresses the diverse needs of our real estate agents.
Coordinate and schedule online training sessions, workshops, and events, ensuring alignment with agents’ varying levels of professionalism and skill.
Trainer Coordination:

Identify and recruit qualified trainers and speakers for various virtual training sessions.
Prepare trainers for their sessions, including briefing them on agent needs, session objectives, and virtual logistics.
Virtual Event Planning and Execution:

Organize and oversee the logistics of virtual training events, including setting up online platforms, preparing digital materials, and managing technology requirements.
Ensure all virtual training events run smoothly and efficiently, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise.
Curriculum Development:

Collaborate with trainers and internal stakeholders to develop and refine virtual training content that meets the evolving needs of our agents.
Adapt training materials and sessions to cater to different zones of professionalism and skill within our agent team.
Agent Support and Feedback:

Assist agents in identifying their training needs and recommend appropriate virtual sessions.
Collect and analyze feedback from virtual training events to continuously improve the training program.
Growth and Innovation:

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate training and education, particularly in virtual learning environments.
Propose and implement innovative virtual training solutions to keep our agents at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in event coordination, curriculum development, or a similar role, preferably in a virtual setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
Proficiency in using online scheduling and event management tools.
A background in real estate or a related field is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic virtual environment.
