Job Description

Real Men Real Style is on the hunt for a skilled Customer Acquisition Specialist with a knack for building high-converting sales funnels and leveraging the power of modern advertising platforms. If you’re an expert in TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube ads and have a results-driven mindset geared towards maximizing sales, then you might be the perfect fit for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Funnel Creation & Management:
– Design, implement, and optimize sales funnels to guide potential customers towards desired actions.
– Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer journey.

2. Paid Traffic Strategy & Execution:
– Develop and manage advertising campaigns on TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and any other relevant platforms.
– Allocate budgets efficiently across platforms and campaigns to achieve optimal ROI.

3. Target Audience Identification:
– Use audience insights, analytics, and segmentation tools to identify and target high-potential customer groups.
– Continuously refine audience targeting based on campaign performance and feedback.

4. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
– Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
– Regularly A/B test ads and landing pages to ensure maximum conversion rates.

5. Stay Updated:
– Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in online advertising and customer acquisition.
– Adapt strategies based on evolving platform algorithms, ad formats, and audience behaviors.

Required Skills & Experience:

– Proven experience in developing and managing advertising campaigns on TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
– Expertise in designing and optimizing sales funnels for maximum conversions.
– Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
– Familiarity with modern advertising tools, platforms, and best practices.
