Hi there! I’m hiring a part-time admin virtual assistant to work on customer service and related administrative tasks and to help me create marketing and teaching content for my business.

This role is for 5-10 hours per week initially and involves checking email at least once a day, Monday to Friday. However, the actual hours of work are very flexible.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Customer admin/service:
Respond to customer enquires with a high level of professionalism
Calculate word counts of Word files, create customer quotes, draft invoices in Stripe, update payments record spreadsheet
Update and organize existing company process documents/checklists, create new process documents/checklists as necessary

Content creation:
Help me organize various existing sources of written information (guidelines, tips, blog posts)
Draft/assist with creation of email newsletters, blog posts, social media posts (Facebook, LinkedIn) using Canva and draft PowerPoint slides/handouts in compliance with company style guide
Assist with research and collection of information on customers’ needs and competitors’ products/services
Draft customer satisfaction surveys, collect customer testimonials, ask customers for referrals
Make updates and revisions to website and help to create sales pages/funnels, products and payment pages in

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant role
Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
Familiarity with the project management tool Trello
Familiarity with graphic design in Canva
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Workspace)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, Calendly)

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

Familiar with , Microsoft OneDrive, Stripe, and/or Loom
Interest in science and/or teaching of English as a second language
