Customer and Partner Lead Generation (Wellness Industry)

We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our customer and partner lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, data-driven and passionate about the wellness sector.

Position Overview:

As a Virtual Assistant specializing in customer and partner lead generation, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of affiliate nutritionists, partnering food and supplement companies, as well as, health-tracking devices in the wellness industry. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including prospecting, outreach, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Compilation: Identify and compile a list of potential business partners and customers within the food and supplement industries in the wellness sector.

Outreach: Draft effective outreach templates and engage with leads via email or other communication channels, initiating conversations and nurturing relationships.

Consumer Market Research: Conduct research to identify keywords relevant to our industry, discover social media groups and forums where our target customers engage, and create a list of affiliate nutritionists who could potentially partner with us.

Content Ideation: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and suggest content ideas that resonate with our target audience, keeping up with industry trends and developments.

Engage: Assist in engaging with our social media posts, moderating our Facebook Group and SubReddit

Qualifications:
Previous experience in lead generation, customer outreach, or related roles is a plus.
Knowledge or a strong interest in the wellness industry, including nutrition, supplements, and healthy living.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in using communication and collaboration tools (e.g., email, Google Workspace, project management software).
Familiarity with market research techniques and tools is a bonus.
