Overview
We’re looking for a Customer Care Agent to join our team! With a rapidly growing customer and
fan base, we’re looking to add an enthusiastic and driven Customer Care Agents to our team for
the busy season. If you’re looking to make a big impact on a key area of our business, we want to
hear from you!

This is a contract 24-40 hours a week, with a 2-month probation period to start. Starting at $3.25
USD an hour. The contract will end January 31st. Terms of the contract may change.
HQ hours are Sunday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

Please note that excellent writing skills are a big part of this job and we’ll need a cover letter in
order to consider you.

What You’ll Do:
– Interact with customers by answering emails, chats and phones through our dedicated
platforms
– Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to customers
– Ensure customers are satisfied with the resolution decided upon while following policies
and procedures established by management
– Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
– Keep up to date with evolving promotions and back end systems to ensure optimal job
performance
– Other tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently with little supervision
– Ability to offer exceptional customer service under pressure and in a fast-paced
environment
– Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
– Amazing critical thinking and problem-solving skills
– Strong and reliable internet connection
– Willingness to complete a typing speed test and written test during the interview process

It’s a Bonus if You Have:
– Minimum 60wpm typing speed
– 1+ years experience working in an e-commerce, retail, hospitality or call centre
environment
– Previous experience working with clothing or footwear in any capacity
– Knowledge of e-commerce based platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, Loop, Netsuite, etc.
