As a Customer Care Agent, you will be joining the BOXRAW family to help provide a flawless customer experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for BOXRAW customers. This is a one-of-a-kind, opportunity for the right individual to join us in growing a deeply purpose-driven brand, into a global legacy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all customer enquiries are responded to
• Build strong relationships customers, offering a unique customer experience
• Maintain Service Level Agreement
• Work closely with Head of Customer Service to improve processes
Characteristics and skills
• At least 2 years Gorgias experience (or similar)
• A natural problem solver
• First class verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to effectively multi-task
• A fantastic listener
• The ability to manage own workload, plan and prioritise work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Be team orientated with the ability to build strong relationships and influence where necessary
• The ability to understand the core values and vision of BOXRAW
• At least 2 years Shopify Experience

• You will responsible for the handling of the customer support issues we receive
• You’ll deliver a customer-first approach
• Opportunity to work on a number of high profile projects
• Tests how you are able to work under pressure with multiple tasks.
• You’ll liaise with our fulfilment and media partners
• You need to have a strong desire to help BOXRAW grow
• You’ll learn how scaling start-up works.
