Job Description

Pay/Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $4.50 per hour, working 40 hours per week, paid as a weekly lump sum of $180.
13th Month Pay: Bonus provided in December only.
Medical Insurance: Available after 90 days of employment.
Holidays: Major US Holidays off (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) plus 7 additional floating holidays.

Requirements:
C2 English Skills.
1-2 years customer service experience; call center experience preferred.
Quiet remote workspace.
Computer: i5 or i7 processor with at least 8GB RAM.
Internet Connection: Primary and backup high-speed internet.
Equipment: High-quality headset for excellent audio on calls.
Secure Remote Environment: Provided by the company for login purposes.

Work Details:
Coverage Hours: Targeting coverage from 7am – 9pm CST Mon-Fri and 8am – 5pm CST Sat-Sun (equivalent to 8am – 10pm EST / 7am – 9pm CST / 6am – 8pm MST / 5am – 7pm PST) to cover all relevant time zones. (Officially closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year)
Call Handling: Using the Ring Central softphone app for calls. Calls logged via Salesforce ServiceCloud.
Access to ApproveShield: Limited access to ApproveShield via a secure remote environment with restricted application details.

Responsibilities:
Provide exemplary customer service to prospective tenants inquiring about apartment applications.
Assist applicants through the application process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Handle a high volume of inbound calls promptly and efficiently.
Log all interactions accurately and comprehensively in the Salesforce ServiceCloud.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
Always maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing ApproveShield with integrity and excellence.
Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C2 level).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Salesforce and Ring Central.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team setting.
Adaptable and open to learning new processes and technologies daily.
