We are looking for someone who has a passion for building, woodwork or carpentry. Or someone who has knowledge in the woodworking industry and carpentry business.
Customer Support:
– Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various channels such as email, live chat, and phone.
– Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns.
– Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Utilize E-commerce Platforms:
– Proficiently navigate and manage customer interactions on the Shopify platform.
– Leverage the CRM platform Gorgias to streamline customer communication and issue resolution.
– Stay updated on product listings, promotions, and other relevant information within the e-commerce platforms.
Order Processing:
– Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
– Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
– Monitor and update customers on the status of their orders.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
– Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce tools and CRM systems, specifically Gorgias.
– Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
– Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
– Reliable and dependable, ability to work with minimal supervision.
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
– Tech-savvy with a dedicated home office setup, including:
– Minimum internet speed of 100mbps.
– Dual-monitor setup for increased productivity.
– Reliable backup WiFi system to mitigate potential outages.

Schedule:
