The Qi () is a wellness company based in New York City. We specialize in single-origin whole-flower teas for healing and nourishment. Since our launch in 2019, we’ve been featured in the New York Times, Vogue, Food & Wine, Eater, and more.
We are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and outgoing Virtual Assistant to join our team to help with customer care via email and chat, in addition to some light social media management. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to turn into a full-time role for the right fit. This is a very dynamic role with the opportunity to get exposure and growth in many aspects of the business.
Position Requirements:
· Must have at least 2+ years of Customer Care or similar relevant experience at an e-commerce brand.
· The qualified candidate should have experience in customer service, emails, chat, and social media.
· At least an Associates Degree
· Good software/computer skills, including proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, email, Slack, and general internet research
· Must be able to work under pressure
· Self-motivated and high level of ownership
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to quickly adapt to change and operate at a fast pace
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to communicate properly, both verbally and in written form
· Ability to meet deadlines on time without compromising to quality
· Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision
· Capable of presenting as well as implementing new ideas that contribute to the success of the company
Main Responsibilities:
– Support customer service:
– Reply to any inbound emails related to customer service
– Handle refunds, change in orders, and etc in Shipstation and Shopify
– Check Faire (our wholesale) daily to reply to any inquiries on the wholesale end.
– Social Media management
– Response to ?s and work with the team to direct inquiries to email
