The Opportunity:
As our Fleet Manager, you’ll wear multiple hats, combining your expertise in fleet operations with a keen sense of customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
• Fleet Optimization: Strategically managing our fleet to ensure efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Route Planning: Using cutting-edge technology to optimize delivery routes while meeting customer delivery windows.
• Customer Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Team Leadership: Guiding and inspiring a team of drivers to deliver exceptional service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Cost Management: Monitoring fleet expenses and finding innovative ways to deliver value to our customers.
• Compliance: Ensuring that all operations meet regulatory and safety standards.
• Data-driven decision-making: Utilizing data to enhance fleet performance and customer experiences.
• Problem-solving: Tackling challenges head-on and finding creative solutions to exceed customer expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing best practices.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or in a related role.
• Strong background in customer service with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Familiarity with fleet management software and route optimization tools.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven mindset and analytical thinking.
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
