Overview:
As a Customer/Client Manager at our print creative agency, you will play a vital role in managing relationships with our clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, and facilitating the smooth execution of projects. This position requires proficiency in both verbal and written communication in proper English, familiarity with project management tools, experience in customer support, invoicing, and managing paperwork and contracts.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing any concerns, and managing expectations.
2. Project Management:
Utilize project management tools to track project timelines, tasks, and resources efficiently.
Coordinate with the creative team and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet client requirements.
3. Customer Support:
Provide excellent customer support, promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving issues to maintain a positive client experience.
Proactively anticipate client needs and offer solutions to enhance their experience with our agency.
4. Invoicing and Financial Management:
Generate and send invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor payments and follow up on overdue invoices as necessary to ensure timely receipt of payments.
Documentation and Contract Management:
Maintain organized records of client communications, project details, and agreements. Draft, review, and manage paperwork, contracts, and agreements with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in a similar role within a print creative agency or related industry.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in proper English.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
Strong customer support skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Experience with invoicing clients and managing financial transactions.
Ability to effectively manage paperwork, contracts, and agreements with clients.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Availability during US hours from 9am to 6pm PT.
