Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field, preferably with a background in car loans or asset finance. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing client inquiries, appointment setting, client service management, follow-ups, and overall client satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a meaningful impact on our clients’ financial journeys.

Responsibilities:

-Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
-Schedule appointments with clients for loan consultations and follow-up meetings, ensuring alignment with their financial needs and objectives.
-Manage client relationships throughout the loan application process, providing personalized support and guidance to ensure a seamless experience.
-Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to provide updates on their loan applications, address any issues or concerns, and gather necessary documentation.
-Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, underwriting, and operations, to facilitate smooth and efficient loan processing and approval.
-Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and loan applications in CRM software, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Actively monitor client satisfaction and feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements:

-Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the car loans or asset finance industry.
-Strong understanding of loan application processes, documentation requirements, and regulatory compliance standards.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
-Proven ability to set appointments, manage client relationships, and follow up effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
