The Role:

As a Customer Credit Claims + Investigations Specialist member, you will be joining a small, dedicated team with a single focus to quickly address and resolve Customer Claims relating to their orders with BioPak.

Your day to day will include:

> Investigating Cusomer Credit Claims relating to all potential credit enquries (Short shipment, Receipt of incorrect products, Courier issues, Damaged stock). You will be liasing with multiple extrenal partners such as 3PL Warehouse & Courier Partners as well as internal partners such as BioPak Sales, Accounts & Care
> Management of the Customer Claims + Investigations Specialist email inbox
> Data Entry Tasks (entering delivery information for various orders in our online platform; adding notes into records)
> Additional duties and responsibilities as you grow

About You:

> Fantastic Customer Service Skills
> Professional phone manner and clear spoken English Language Skills
> Ability to multitask and prioritise work with minimal supervision
> Ability to work under pressure
> Positive open-minded attitude to learning
> Proven ability to work autonomously and proactively
> Ability to work proactively under time constraints
> Can use/learn technology/software effectively and efficiently
> Previous experience working with Australians will be highly regarded
> Netsuite experience will be highly regarded

Summary:

This posting is for a Casual role (Full-Time Working hours) with a performance review conducted every 6 months.
