We are seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Delight Specialist with proficiency in Hubspot to join our fast-growing software company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and creating a Fans First experience for our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
– Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and personalized support via email and Chat.
– Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
– Implement the prioritized Fans First customer experience initiatives
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in Hubspot, including interactions, feedback, and product preferences, to facilitate personalized engagement and efficient issue resolution.
Required Technical Skills and Experience:
– Proven experience working with Hubspot CRM and customer service tools to effectively manage customer interactions and support tickets.
– Excellent understanding of customer relationship management principles and best practices.
– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to empathize with customers and provide creative solutions.
– Proficiency in using ticketing systems and knowledge bases to streamline customer support processes.
– Familiarity with analyzing customer data and deriving insights to enhance the overall customer experience.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, working CST hours.
Salary: $4USD per hour.
