Customer Deployment Specialist

Founded in 2020, Business Travel Performance (BTP) Automation is a pioneering force in the Hotel Sourcing industry, dedicated to transforming the landscape through adaptive and intelligent technology. We aggregate and analyze corporate travel hotel data from multiple sources, providing real-time visibility of hotel spend and delivering an end-to-end automated RFP continuous sourcing experience.

We are currently seeking a diligent, motivated, and autonomous Customer Deployment Specialist to join our vibrant and dynamic team. The individual in this role will be integral to supporting the implementation of our customers onto the BTP platform.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with the BTP Support team and in some cases working directly with the customer and/or their Travel management company to support customer deployments.
• Ensuring deployment tasks and dependencies are completed in a timely manner to meet customer go-live dates.
• Executing onboarding configuration and maintenance tasks for new and existing BTP customers.

Qualifications:
• Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative data collection.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage large volumes of data.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work independently.
• A keen eye for detail and ability to work well in teams.
• Proven experience in Customer Service and Relationship Management.
• Experience working with Travel Management Companies.
• GDS background is preferred.
• A background in Business Travel is preferred.
• Ability to work during U.S business hours.

Additional Requirements:
Must own a computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, high-speed internet connection, and have a backup plan to ensure consistent and uninterrupted work.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 hour days. 6am PT – 3pm Pacific Time. No overtime.
Training: Training 40 hours estimated (paid)
