Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across various online platforms including social media, email, and website live chat.
Provide timely and helpful responses to customer queries, aiming to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.
Content Creation:
Create engaging and visually appealing videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
Brainstorm creative ideas for video content that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
Edit and enhance video content using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure high quality and aesthetic appeal.
Social Media Management:
Assist in managing and curating content for various social media platforms.
Schedule and publish posts, stories, and videos according to content calendar and marketing strategy.
Monitor social media trends and insights to inform content creation and engagement strategies.
Collaboration and Communication:
Coordinate with internal teams to gather information, insights, and updates relevant to customer inquiries and content creation.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on brand messaging, customer service standards, and content strategy.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar customer-facing role.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong internet connection and reliable computer equipment.
Good memory and proficiency in using computer applications and software.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with customers.
Proficiency in social media platforms, with a good understanding of trends and best practices.
Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and storytelling.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with video editing tools and software preferred.
Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
