Role Overview:
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing high-volume inboxes, recognizing buying signals, negotiating, and understanding and capitalizing on customer emotions. Your goal is to build rapport, engage in meaningful conversations, and ultimately drive sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage and respond to a high volume of customer messages efficiently and effectively.
– Recognize buying signals and take appropriate action to convert leads into sales.
– Negotiate with customers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
– Understand and capitalize on customer emotions to build strong relationships.
– Handle criticism constructively and continuously strive to improve.
– Stay competitive and motivated to achieve and exceed targets.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in sales or customer support.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong emotional intelligence and ability to manage customer emotions.
– Ability to handle high-pressure situations and a busy workload without stress.

Compensation:

– $500 during a 4-week probation period (superstar performers can skip probation).
– Post-probation salary of $500 bi-weekly, plus up to $1,500 in bonuses based on performance.
– Top performers can earn up to $2,000 per month and be assigned to the biggest accounts.
