Job Description

We are a game manufacturing company located in the United States.

– Customer Service delivered by email and chat
– Engaging current and future customers on social media
– Various administrative duties

The qualified candidate must have excellent written English. They will need to represent our company and be able to write in a way that is indistinguishable from the way someone would write in America. Familiarity with American slang and pop culture is also helpful.

The qualified candidate must also have excellent computer skills. They will be required to navigate multiple online programs and social media platforms.

Must be willing to work at the hours below but is subject to change based on the business needs:

Sunday-Monday 12 pm- 8 pm Eastern Standard Time
Tuesday-Wednesday 7 pm- 3 am Eastern Standard Time
Saturday 7 pm- 3 am Eastern Standard Time

We are looking for an individual who is comfortable in a team environment and is constantly looking for ways to provide professional customer support with a personal tone. Our Engagement Team is often the first line of communication with customers and they take great pride in their work. The proper candidate should be ready to meet and exceed current standards.
