Job Description:

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, your primary responsibility is to engage with fans and subscribers through chat, with the goal of selling and maximizing revenue for our models. You will be the main point of contact, creating a personalized and engaging experience for our customers to encourage purchases and build loyalty.

Your responsibilities include:
– Engaging with fans and subscribers in a professional and personable manner via chat.
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
– Understanding customer needs and preferences to tailor content offerings.
– Resolving customer inquiries and issues related to content sales.
– Collaborating with models and internal teams to create and promote content effectively.
– Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback to improve engagement strategies.

Your profile:
– Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
– Proven experience in sales, customer engagement, or a similar role.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to engage and build relationships with clients in a virtual environment.
– Proactive and persuasive sales skills.
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
