2. Messaging on Yelp and Instagram: Respond promptly to customer messages and inquiries on Yelp and Instagram, maintaining a friendly and professional tone to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Appointment Booking: Utilize effective sales techniques to book appointments and maximize revenue for the business.

4. Social Media Engagement: Engage with our community on social media platforms such as Instagram by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering a positive online presence for Moi Nails.

5. Content Creation: Capture and edit videos showcasing our services, nail art, and salon ambiance. Create captivating captions and posts to attract and retain followers.

6. Posting Schedule: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting on social media platforms, including Instagram, to boost engagement and attract new customers.

Requirements:

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

– Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

– Proficiency in using social media platforms, including Instagram and Yelp.

– Experience in sales or customer service roles preferred.

– Basic video editing skills and familiarity with content creation tools.
