We at Coolah! Cold Air is a company based in Singapore that specializes in providing portable air conditioning solutions for businesses and organizations in Singapore! We believe in empowering lives by creating cool and fresh environments that allow people to thrive and achieve more. Unlike traditional air conditioning providers, our company is managed by an experienced ex General Manager from MNCs, ensuring a high level of service to our customers and their families.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Cool Solutionist at Coolah! Cold Air. As a Cool Solutionist, you will be responsible for analyzing customer needs, providing consulting services, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales. You will also have the opportunity to work remotely for a portion of your time, offering flexibility and work-life balance.

Qualifications

????Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
?????Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
????Consulting: Experience in providing consulting services to clients
????Customer Service: Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
????Sales: Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets
????Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues
?Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing customer requirements
??Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of air conditioning systems is advantageous
?????Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus
