We are a fast-growing men’s head care company.
We’re looking for Customer Service Agents to join our team who are fun and can communicate well with others while excelling in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This means the ability to adapt to new policies and procedures on short notice, handle increased workloads when needed, and be able to learn all of our new concepts and products as they are released, all while keeping our customers happy!
Prospective employees will be answering customer emails, while using software platforms to issue refunds, warranties, returns, etc. Also, must have excellent product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and fluent English (Preferably Speaking & Writing)

Work schedules are 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, and can begin between 7PM to 6AM Manila (6AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time). Schedules may change depending on the team’s needs.
Requirements:
– Reliable computer (no work on mobile or tablet devices)
– Reliable, Consistent Internet Connection
– Excellent English Communication Skills
– Prior Experience with Customer Service
Preferred Position Skills:
– Support Platforms (Gorgias, Helpdesk, etc.)
– Payment Platforms (Shopify, Recharge, etc.)
– Creative Thinking
– Punctual
– Ability to discern customers’ tone of voice through email/chat (Advanced English)
The starting pay is $3.50 an hour, with the opportunity for raises based on performance and growth within the company.
