Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Experience Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing and other departments to streamline the customer journey, conduct market research, and develop strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.

Job Description:

Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer satisfaction

Collaborate with marketing and other teams to streamline customer journey

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand consumer preferences

Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation with customers

Monitor and analyze customer sentiment

Analyze customer journey data to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in business development, management, or marketing. Previous experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields; an MBA is preferred

Analytical skills in evaluating large data sets.

Strong oral and written English communication skills.

Well-versed in business development, marketing management, and marketing communications principles.

Critical thinking skills and attention to detail.

Ability to coordinate and effectively interact with various stakeholders.

Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

Must be available to work full-time during US business hours.
