Job Description

We are a fast-growing NYC-based women’s apparel company and are looking to expand our team and hire a Customer Service Associate. We have a fun, team-based atmosphere and prioritize customer service as our #1 priority.

The Customer Service Associate:
• Work flexible hours close to Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule
• Great English and written communication skills
• Good computer skills (Shopify, Gorgias, tracking packages)
• Great follow-through skills and attention to detail
• Can empathize with customers
• Solve problems (mostly shipping related)
• Very patient (customers can be angry and difficult)

The Customer Service Associate would report directly to our Co-founder and head of operations who is based out of New York. Key responsibilities including handle email and chat support, as well as online operational support of our diverse business processes. Training will focus on our key systems (Shopify, Gorgias, shipping tracking software, and our warehouse management system).

The starting salary will be $6.5 per hour with starting hours of 20-30 hours per week. There is the option to expand into a full time salaried position depending upon your performance.
