The Role: Customer Experience Manager

Your mission is to ensure every interaction with colive values – whether from guests finding their next stay or hosts offering their spaces – is seamless, enjoyable, and beyond expectations. You’ll be the heart and soul ensuring our guests and hosts feel valued and supported.

Duties (included but are not limited to):

– Curate positive experiences for both guests and hosts,
– Coordinate bookings and ensure a smooth reservation process,
– Handle inquiries with promptness and professionalism,
– Maintain and uplift host relationships and platform listings,
– Collect and integrate feedback to enhance our service,
– Daily engagement with our tech stack – including CRM, Chat Support Tools, Google Suite, and Asana.

NON-NEGOTIABLES:

Availability to work within the time zone needs of our primary customer base, flexible as needed,
– An environment conducive to high-quality remote work. Home office preference; no cafes,
– Reliable computer setup
– Headset with microphone, mouse, and keyboard,
– High-speed internet connection (25mbps+),
– Emotional and cultural intelligence to relate to a diverse global clientele.
