Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Manager to join our team, focused on delivering outstanding service and support to our customers. This role involves managing customer interactions through our CRM platform (Gorgias), resolving issues, and contributing to the sales process, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve customer tickets via our CRM platform, Gorgias, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Provide support and assistance to customers, aiming to solve their issues and enhance their experience with our brand.
Deliver a 5-star customer service experience, fostering positive relationships and promoting brand loyalty.
Assist in the sales process, supporting customer inquiries and facilitating smooth transactions.
Handle product uploads and perform various virtual assistant tasks to support the broader team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a fast-paced retail or ecommerce environment.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.
Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Gorgias, and a solid understanding of customer service processes.
Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences.
