Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer experience specialist to enhance our post-purchase customer experience. A top-notch customer experience specialist will be someone whose expertise results in encouraging customers to buy again, growing sales and maintining a positive brand image.

Roles and responsibilities:

– Develop and implement new methods to collect and analyse customer data and feedback.
– Create strategies to improve the Post-Purchase Customer Experience.
– Create reports on customer satisfaction levels and results from surveys or focus groups to help identify ways of improving customer experience after interacting with the product
– Identify trends and up-to-date platforms to monitor customer satisfaction after buying company products.
– Track customer information such as contact information and preferences and use it in an efficient way to offer 5 star experience after interacting with brand.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business development, or in a related field.
– At least 2 years experience as a customer experience specialist, or a similar role.
– Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
– Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information.
– Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
– Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
– Great organizational and time management abilities.
