Exciting opportunity alert! We are a dynamic startup in the cleaning industry, and we’re on the hunt for a dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA) to be an integral part of our growth story. As a VA, you’ll play a crucial role in managing client inquiries, vendor coordination, answering phone calls, providing quotes, outreach lead generation, support marketing initiatives and other administrative tasks
.
If you thrive in a fast pace environment and aspire to grow within this company, this is the perfect position for you.
Time required for this position is for 30 hours a week
– Mon-Fri 8:30am to 1:30pm
– Sat 9am to 2pm
As we get more busy we may move you to full-time position with 45-65 hours a week.

Starting salary is $4/hr USD for the first 60 days. After 60 days we will review your performance as well as daily performance and you have the opportunity to be offered a full-time position which can lead to an increase of up o $6/hr USD

Qualifications:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong writing skills for crafting compelling and on-brand social media posts.
– Have experience taking phone calls
– Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
– Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively solve problems, showcasing a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
– Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a punctual work ethic are essential traits we value.
– Background of some type of taking inbound/outbound phone calls.
– Ability to interact with customers and followers in a professional and helpful manner.
– Tech-savviness and a customer service-oriented mindset will make you a standout candidate.

Responsibilities:
– Take charge of managing client inquiries, bookings, and scheduling to keep our startup running smoothly.
– Email inbox management
– Create and schedule Facebook & Instagram posts using Meta Business Suite
– Build a queue of posts in Meta business suite and a schedule so our social media is always updated
– Provide top-notch customer support through various communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Spearhead outreach to vendors and build strong partnerships to boost our startup’s reach and impact.
– Coordinate cleaning staff schedules and foster effective communication between clients and vendors.
– Dive into exciting marketing initiatives, conduct research, and handle essential administrative duties.
