We’re looking for a versatile go-getter who’s quick on his/her feet, thrives in a cooperative environment and is proficient in handling a wide array of tasks – from managing key admin inquiries to supporting large-scale LIVE (online) events backend for our world-class trainers and speakers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and support customer/student inquiries via email and a variety of messaging apps in a timely and professional manner.
– Ensuring all students’ administrative requests are addressed and followed-up promptly – such as ,e.g. enrollment & onboarding, website access issues, course postponements and transfers, and more.
– Address and resolve customer dissatisfaction efficiently, provide excellent issue resolutions and enhance customer experience.
– Support team members during online events and manage administrative inquiries in real-time.
– Perform various administrative duties as needed, such as data entry, document management, and report generation.
Relevant product-knowledge and CRM system training will be provided once you begin your tenure at Piranha Profits®.
Skills Required:
– Proven experience as a Customer Service Virtual Assistant or similar role
– Fluent in English, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and messaging apps (e.g. WhatsApp, Discord, FB Messenger)
– Familiar with Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
– Problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive attitude
– High level of professionalism and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Requirements:
– Up to 8 hours daily. Time slots to be discussed.
– Basic working knowledge of Customer Service & Email Support
– 100% remote work
– Mandatory on-the-job training to be done via Zoom
– Competitive Salary – Over PHP23,500/month
