*Primary Responsibilities*

Guest Relations Management: Act as the primary point of contact for guests from the initial booking until checkout, ensuring all interactions are seamless and exceed expectations. Aim to maintain and improve our 5-star service standards across all guest communications and operations.

Property Management Excellence: Take charge of property onboarding processes, manage operations efficiently, and ensure each property surpasses guest expectations.

Collaborative Teamwork: Join our expanding team, contributing to our collective goal of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving top-tier review scores.

Vendor and Third-Party Liaison: Oversee collaboration with cleaning, maintenance, and other external service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Multi-Platform Listing Optimization: Manage and optimize property listings across various platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, , ensuring use of industry insights and software tools for best performance.

Competitive Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis, set competitive pricing strategies, and track performance to stay ahead in the market.

Strategic Pricing and Revenue Management: Implement effective pricing and stay strategies to boost bookings and maximize revenue.

Performance Reporting: Generate detailed reports for management review, aimed at optimizing operations and enhancing guest satisfaction.

*Skills and Qualifications*

– Proven Industry Leadership: Demonstrable experience in management roles within the short-term rental or hospitality sector, with examples of successful guest relations and property management.
– Expert Communication: Exceptional skills in customer service and guest communication, with fluency in English required.
– Tech and Software Proficiency: Adept at using AI, property management systems, and various software tools relevant to the role (e.g., HostAway, Tokeet).
– Initiative and Adaptability: Self-motivated with a proactive approach, ready to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

*Work Schedule*

Initial month: 9am to 5pm (UK Time), with the ability to work weekends if needed (overtime paid if required)

*Location*

Fully remote role; candidates must have a personal computer and reliable internet. Time tracking software use required.

*Salary*

Starting at up to Php 40,000 month, with potential for increase post a successful 3-month probation period.
