Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a friendly, upbeat, and highly organized Customer Happiness Virtual Assistant. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part as the heartbeat of our online community, ensuring our members feel supported, encouraged, and motivated.

Qualifications:
A friendly and welcoming demeanor, with a passion for helping others.
Excellent communication skills with a positive outlook.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to foster a supportive and uplifting online environment.
A genuine interest in personal development and self-improvement.
Proficiency in email management and basic office software.
Adaptability, a quick learning curve, and a can-do attitude.
Previous experience in community management, facebook group moderation, and virtual assistance is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Virtual Assistance:
Email Management: Sorting, filtering, and responding to emails related to community inquiries.
Administrative Support: Assisting with data entry, document preparation, and maintaining organizational spreadsheets.
Research: Conducting research on relevant personal development topics and resources.
Communication: Providing cheerful and helpful responses to member inquiries via email and chat.
Calendar Management: Scheduling community events, webinars, and engagement activities.

Community Management:
Member Onboarding: Welcoming new members and providing them with an introduction to the community.
Engagement: Actively interacting with community members to foster a positive and supportive atmosphere.
Task Management: Keeping the community on track by organizing and coordinating events, challenges, and discussions.
Problem-Solving: Resolving any conflicts or issues within the community promptly and professionally.
Content Creation: Posting uplifting and motivational content to keep the community inspired.

Other duties as assigned.

In complete transparency, we are in the early stages of our journey and are just starting out. Initially, we are looking to bring someone on part-time, with the goal of transitioning to a full-time role as our business expands. I am currently balancing a full-time job alongside launching this online business, which is why your role is vital in assisting with daily tasks, allowing me to allocate more time to other responsibilities.
