ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Onboarding Support Specialist to join our dynamic team, working closely with both our Customer Support team and our team of expert dietitians. This role offers the unique opportunity to engage directly with client accounts, manage queries, and handle arrears and cancellations with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction.
We are ONLY looking for someone with extensive experience and a high level of understanding on how to produce high quality content.
It’s a full-time role, 9am-6pm SYD time Monday to Friday.

This is NOT for newbies, people without specific experience and anyone that is not looking to establish a career path with us.
PAY:
$167 AUD p/week
MUST HAVE:
1 – Proven experience in a client onboarding role, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
2 – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.
3 – Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and preventing future concerns.
4 – Experience in handling customer complaints and managing difficult conversations is optimal.
5 – Experience working with CRM systems (Hubspot), etc.
6 – A team player with a positive attitude, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
MUST ALSO HAVE:
a – home office where you can work without distraction
b – fast internet with over 50mbps
c – high level computer with all required technology
