Customer Outreach Specialist – Email Marketing

**About Us:**
Anderson Brothers is a reputable septic pumping and installation business, proudly serving our local community. Recently, we’ve expanded our services by starting a separate business called FLUSH WARRANTY, to include a cutting-edge septic warranty that covers existing septic systems. Right now we only offer it to clients in our local area but we plan to expand outside our area which is why we offer it as a separate company.

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled individual with expertise in email marketing, inbound marketing, and content creation to join our team as a Customer Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound marketing to our existing client base of approximately 3000 customers, introducing them to our new septic warranty service.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and execute effective outbound marketing strategies to promote our septic warranty service.
– Craft compelling and concise email marketing campaigns targeted at existing customers.
– Implement inbound marketing techniques to generate interest and inquiries.
– Create engaging and informative content to convey the benefits of our septic warranty.
– Manage responses and promptly engage with customers, addressing queries and providing information.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in email marketing, inbound marketing, and content creation.
– Familiarity with customer outreach strategies and tactics.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Prior experience in a customer-focused role is a plus.
