Job Title: Customer Relations and Technical Communications Specialist

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates based in the Philippines)

Working Hours: 9am to 5pm New York Time, Sunday through Thursday

Salary: Training: $4/hour, Independent: $5/hour, Room for growth based on performance

Job Description: Yaalago CRM is looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Customer Relations and Technical Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a master communicator with a passion for technology, especially in the realm of CRM and development processes. This role requires excellent English skills (at least 8/10) and the ability to speak quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Outreach: Regularly reach out to customers to inquire about their experience with Yaalago CRM. Offer and conduct demos to educate existing and prospective customers on the platform’s features and benefits. Technical Communication: Serve as a liaison between the development team and customers, ensuring clear and efficient communication. Understand and communicate customer feedback and requirements to the development team. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers as needed. Content Creation: Create and distribute monthly email newsletters detailing updates, new features, and tips for using Yaalago CRM. Develop and conduct workshops and webinars to enhance customer knowledge and engagement with the platform. Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to stay updated on new features, bug fixes, and upcoming releases. Assist in creating documentation and user guides to help customers navigate and utilize the CRM effectively.

Qualifications: Excellent English communication skills (at least 8/10). Strong understanding of CRM systems and development processes. Ability to speak quickly and clearly to various stakeholders. Tech-savvy with a keen interest in staying updated on the latest industry trends. Experience in customer service, technical support, or related fields. Ability to create engaging content for emails, workshops, and webinars. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
