We are looking to fill TWO roles within our business:
1. Customer Relations Coordinator
2. Operations Coordinator
Our team genuinely loves what we do and we are looking for someone to join our journey with that same passion.
Both roles are full time positions, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
As CUSTOMER RELATIONS COORDINATOR you will be responsible for the following on a daily basis:
– Maintaining our customer database and coordinating prospective leads in our CRM database
– Assisting with the coordination and implementation of our sale process, including verbal customer interactions to develop
and build great working relationships
– Accurately and promptly processing and following up customer project and quote requests in a detailed and professional
manner
– Scoping job resourcing requirements
To be successful in the CUSTOMER RELATIONS COORDINATOR role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in a customer driven role, with an emphasis on conflict resolution and proactive issue
handling
– Prior experience using a CRM system
– Prior experience with project and/or contract management
– Prior experience in the preparation of quotes
– Demonstrated experience working with and meeting KPIs and deadlines
– An outgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal skills. Your written and verbal communication skills will need to be
top notch.
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes.
– Strong computer skills – our processes are heavily systemised so you will need to be able to do more than “just get by”.
– Self-motivated with proven reliability and excellent time management and organisational skills, you must be prepared to
take complete ownership of tasks.
As OPERATIONS COORDINATOR you will be responsible for the following on a daily basis:
– Ensuring workload forecasting reports are kept up to date with customer resourcing requirements
– Effectively communicating and engaging with customers and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are
understood and met on a daily basis
– Scoping and job resource requirements
– Scheduling customer and project requirements
To be successful in the OPERATIONS COORDINATOR role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
– Minimum 5 years’ office/administration experience and/or previous staff rostering or project management experience
– Proven experience working from a structured checklist with KPIs and individual daily deadlines
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes
– Confidence when dealing with a wide range of people. Your written and verbal communication skills will need to be
top tier.
– Self-motivated with proven reliability and excellent time management and organisational skills, you must be prepared
to take complete ownership of tasks.
– The ability to forward plan, think on your feet and adapt to change in a fast paced environment.
– Strong computer skills – our processes are heavily systemised so you will need to be able to do more than “just get by”.
