Role Overview:
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include managing high-volume inboxes, recognizing buying signals, negotiating, and leveraging customer emotions. Your goal is to build rapport, engage in meaningful conversations, and ultimately drive sales. This role requires exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage and respond to a high volume of customer messages.
Identify buying signals and take appropriate actions to convert leads into sales.
Negotiate with customers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Utilize customer emotions to build strong, lasting relationships.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales or customer support.

Quick learner who takes constructive feedback well.
Compensation:

$500 during a 4-week probation period (superstar performers can skip probation).
Post-probation salary of $250 bi-weekly, plus up to $1,500 in performance-based bonuses.
Top performers can earn up to $2,000 per month and be assigned to the biggest accounts.
