We are a cleaning company based out of North Carolina, in the U.S. and provide exterior cleaning; such as pressure washing and we also provide interior cleaning; such as maid services and house keeping.
Inbound & Outbound – CSR Pay Structure & Responsibilities
Here at WNC Wash Pro’s we have a very lucrative compensation package for all our Virtual CSR’s that work for us. The compensation is outlined below.
Your compensation will be based on experience and performance, thus the reason for the fluctuation of the base pay.
If you have 1 Year of customer service & sales experience, your base wage will be $5/hour.
If you have 3-5 years of customer service & sales experience your base wage will be $7/hour.
You will receive 5 days of paid vacation after 6 months of employment.
You will not receive 13th month your 1st year, but you will receive 13th month pay on your 2nd year and years after.
The more you learn and perform, the more you earn.
Performance Pay
For every person that gets a quote and you convert them over the phone to a 1 time paying customer, you schedule them and they do not cancel their booking, you will receive $5.
For every person that gets a quote and you convert them over the phone to a monthly recurring cleaning customer and they do not cancel their booking, you will receive $10. (The cleaning must be a Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly Cleaning to qualify)
For every lead you follow up with after a quote has been sent from day 2 and beyond, and you convert them into a paying one-time customer you will receive $5.
All performance bonuses are paid out after the job has been completed, to ensure the customer has not canceled their appointment and give time for office HQ to verify all transactions.
This performance pay gives you the opportunity to go above and beyond the call of duty and make a really good income.
Example: If you have 10 calls in a day and you convert 4 of them, 2 of which were recurring and 2 were 1 time cleanings, you would have made an extra $30 that day.
Responsibilities
All calls must be answered by the 3rd ring, no exceptions.
You must follow the call script we have provided when answering the phones.
You must maintain a minimum of 50% close rate. (Ex. For every 10 calls, you book 5 of them.)
You must go above and beyond to be friendly, courteous and excited to speak with our clients. We are the highest rated company for what we do in our state, and it must stay that way, and it starts with you answering the phones and answering all the customers’ questions.
You must be logged in and sitting in front of your PC and ready to roll at 8am EST.
You must work a full 8 hours, as our hours of operation here at HQ are 8am-5pm EST.
If you take a break, you need to make sure call forwarding is on, so we do not miss any calls.
You need to always encourage our customers to sign up for recurring cleanings; this is good for them as it keeps their house clean, this is good for you because you make more money and it is good for the company as it creates monthly recurring revenue.
Never argue with a customer, this will not solve anything. Always be polite, professional and look to solve whatever their problem is immediately. We are in the service industry, therefore, we must serve our clients.
You must complete your 4 Day VA training course before you start taking calls.
You need to study the inbound call script so you can speak it fluently and it sounds natural. Once you have 20-30 calls under your belt and you begin to book customers, you can make a copy of the script and modify it, so it flows more with your personality so it helps you sell better.

If it is urgent and needs an immediate answer due to a customer issue or something that is not covered inside of training or your SOPs, then you will call office HQ on the applicable phone line inside our VOIP phone system!
