Customer Representative

Job Summary:

Our startup company is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Representative. This position requires someone who can handle an extreme startup work environment while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering calls, managing customer inquiries, and doing office work.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming customer calls and emails and providing appropriate solutions to their queries.

• Providing excellent customer service to build strong relationships with our customers.

• Managing and resolving customer complaints, identifying the cause of the problem, and offering appropriate solutions.

• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Performing general office duties, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.

• Working closely with other team members to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure in difficult situations.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Self-motivated and self-directed, with the ability to manage tasks independently.

• Must be able to think on your feet and make decisions quickly.
