Job Title: Customer Retention Specialist/Meeting Coordinator

Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Retention Specialist and Meeting Coordinator. This role is critical in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our valued customers. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships, organizing meetings, and implementing strategies to retain and delight our customer base.

Responsibilities:

Customer Retention:

Proactively engage with existing customers to understand their needs and ensure a positive experience with our products or services.
Develop and implement customer retention strategies to enhance loyalty and reduce churn.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meeting Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate meetings with customers using the Calendly scheduling platform, both virtual and in-person, to deepen relationships and gather feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to organize and facilitate customer-focused events, webinars, and workshops.
Manage logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas, coordinating resources, and ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
Customer Feedback and Insights:

Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Share valuable insights with the product development and marketing teams to enhance our offerings and communication strategies.
Communication and Follow-Up:

Maintain regular communication with customers through various channels, providing updates on new features, products, and promotions.
Follow up with customers after meetings to ensure satisfaction and gather additional feedback.
Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring that all interactions and communications are well-documented using our CRM tools.
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Calendly to track customer engagement and retention efforts.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer retention or customer success roles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Comfortable with technology and proficient in CRM tools and scheduling platforms like Calendly.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a high standard of customer service.
