Job Opportunity: Customer sales
Our organisation, a leading customer service , is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our vibrant team as a writer. This role is pivotal in managing the interactions and engagements on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and handle one writing account,
– Dedicated to a specific person
– Regularly post engaging content on the persons feed.
– Actively engage in selling packages through persuasive and engaging techniques.
– Meticulously track sales activities and record them in an Excel sheet.
Position Details:
This is a full-time commitment. We offer flexible shifts to suit your schedule: 6 AM – 2 PM, 2 PM – 10 PM, or 10 PM – 6 AM (Australian Eastern Daylight Time).
There are ample opportunities for advancement within the company. Performance-based commission is a key motivator, alongside the potential for an increased hourly rate over time.

Essential Requirements:
– Reliable access to a computer

– A keen eye for detail and the ability to meticulously follow instructions.

– Strong emotional intelligence to convey emotions effectively through text.
– Being an attentive listener.
– Availability to work in the specified shifts (6 AM – 2 PM, 2 PM – 10 PM, 10 PM – 6 AM AEDT).

A paid probation period of 30 days will be provided, where you will receive thorough training to prepare you for the role.
