At Essia Law, we are on a mission to change the way Australians get legal advice. Being client friendly is at the heart of all we do and our goal is to provide fixed fee legal advice that’s cheaper, faster and more approachable than traditional law firms. We operate entirely online because the last few years have shown us the convenience that comes, not only with shopping online, but also working from home.

What you do:

You will be adept at reaching out and contacting customers to drive new sales whilst providing exceptional customer experience. As someone who is motivated and driven by working in a high-performing environment the rewards are high and with our structured training and development, you can achieve great success.

What you need:

5 years of telesales or other phone-based sales experience – desirable

Very high standard/native speaker level of spoken English

Previous experience in legal industry, ideally family law, insurance, financial or selling another complex service – preferred but not needed

Contact Centre or Call Centre experience – desirable

Strong motivation in meeting and exceeding KPI’s

The ability to problem solve and encourage people to make informed decisions

Good learning agility to be able to use multiple and sometimes complex computer systems

Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Highly engaged and collaborative, you enjoy being a key member of a high performing team

Flexibility to work from home and in the office; you must have a quiet, secure, and private workspace that does not involve dependent care.

Flexible Working Environment:

Available to work from home and in our office, Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm (AEST)

Internet: you need to have access to fast and reliable internet connection, ideally also computer, monitor, headset etc
