Your Role:
The main objective of a Sales and Digital Marketing Associate is to ensure client satisfaction and business growth through strategic digital marketing services. You will collaborate with clients to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies that align with their unique business goals. By building strong relationships and continuously monitoring campaign performance, you will drive impactful results for our clients.
General responsibilities will include overseeing the product intake process, performing analysis/audit/health checks, making recommendations to solve business challenges – including cross/upsell opportunities, providing product support, and conducting account reviews.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree holder with at least one (1) year of experience in a client-facing role preferably at an agency-like company
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with multiple clients and internal stakeholders
* Familiar with sales and digital marketing strategies and platforms
* Willing to work on a night shift schedule and a hybrid work setup
What you will do:
* Manage a portfolio of local advertising clients, with products ranging from website development to mobile applications and other products within the advertising and marketing realm
* Build and nurture strong relationships with your list of clients by understanding their needs and objectives
* Collaborate with clients to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies that align with their business goals
* Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
* Coordinate maintenance, campaign modifications, and changes to clients’ digital marketing services with specialized teams as needed
* Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement
* Lead data-driven reviews and conversations, helping clients understand the value our organization brings to their business
