We’re a small, start-up, Real Estate Investment company located in Durham, NC and we are looking for an ambitious “People-Person” and “Go-Getter” to join our team. The team is growing at a fast pace and this position will work closely with the CEO of the company everyday in order to help them grow the Sales Department. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity!

Responsibilities:
– Outbound calls and talk to all leads in our company database
– Overcome objections when talking to prospects
– Earn Customer Trust and Close Real Estate Deals over the phone
– Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects
– Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
Qualifications:
*NO PRIOR SALES OR REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE NEEDED*
– Fluent and Professional in English
– Driven and has Strong work ethic
– Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
– Quick on your feet
– Professional attitude
– Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
– Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
– Independent and self-motivated
– Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
– Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
