Position Overview:
Our ideal Customer Service person is organized with HIGH attention to detail. Additionally, you are energetic, have a great attitude, and are willing to be problem solvers. You thrive in building, maintaining, and managing customers. This position requires creativity, customer service, communication and writing skills, results-oriented, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Experience with Lead Generation: By following up with client communication, questions, and concerns promptly through
Facebook, Instagram, or email.
• Proactively helping and optimizing processes to consistently improve client relations and sign up leads for
Women’s retreats.
• The ability to use Microsoft Word to create documents (Welcome letters, communications such as memos, emails,
invoices, reports, and other correspondence Write and edit communications, from letters and instructional documents.
Qualifications:
• Some basic understanding of sales.
• The ability to develop and maintain knowledge of Recharge The Retreats and all of our locations, etc.
• Great customer service skills.
• The ability to be proactive and answer lead questions through the initiative to learn about the business
and jumping in to help whenever needed for misc duties.
• Attention to to follow directions
