Your primary responsibility will be to manage live chat interactions on our website, ensuring that all customers receive prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance. Our goal is to maintain 100% customer satisfaction, and you will play a crucial role in achieving this.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Respond to live chat messages in real-time, addressing customer inquiries such as order status, shipping details, wholesale options, and website navigation.
– Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries efficiently and professionally.
– Ensure every customer interaction leaves the customer 100% satisfied.
– Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations.
– Work on a US time schedule (9 AM – 5 PM Eastern Standard Time). If located in the Philippines, this will require working the night shift.
– Be quick on your feet and capable of multitasking effectively.
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat environment.
– Excellent written communication skills in English.
– Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously without compromising quality.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
– A friendly, patient, and empathetic personality.
– Must be located in the Philippines and willing to work the night shift (9 PM – 5 AM Philippine Time).
– Must not have any other job commitments and be ready to start immediately.
