ROLE
You are in charge of the customer service department. Your main job is to make sure the customers of our store have a great customer service experience according to your responding skills. You will be in full charge of the consumer service and respond to complaints/questions from the customers of my stores. You will make sure you target the KPI’s and work consistently on the goals of the company. Next to that you make weekly reports that fit with our KPI’s for the customer service department that are data driven.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– answer all emails of customers from our store.
– Responsible for achieving the KPI’s and sending reports to the general manager
– Ensure great customer service experience
– Responsible for the customer service department to achieve the KPI’s and if not to get the results back on track
– Communicating and coordinating with me as necessary
– Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
– Up to date and follow the systems, standard, and policies of the customer support department
– Make sure that you aware of your KPI’s and report to the general manager
– present at every meeting
– Perform any task assigned by immediate supervisor/manager
– Be pro-active and take initiative for the benefit of the team and company
RESULTS
– All customer inquiries are answered within 24 hours
– All problems and questions of customers are solved
– Achieve targeted KPI’s
– Clients are extremely satisfied about the customer support
