Customer Service Representative for Growing European Webshop AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

Our company is experiencing significant growth, and we are in need of a Customer Service Representative to assist our customers through various channels, including email, Facebook chat, and Instagram.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products, services, and order status.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, issues, and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers with the online shopping process, including navigating the website, placing orders, and processing payments.
Monitor and engage with customers on social media platforms, ensuring a positive and consistent brand image.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer cases and provide the best possible customer experience.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a webshop or e-commerce setting.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Availability for a minimum of 2 shifts per day (e.g., mornings and afternoons) on 6 days per week (Monday-Saturday).
Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, with the potential for increased hours as our business continues to grow.
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Experience in translating or handling customer support in multiple languages is a bonus.
Compensation:
4$ Hourly pay rate
